Greg Fremch


Greg was first introduced to color guard while member of his high school marching band and auditioned for Paradigm Winterguard in Lake City, FL. Greg preformed with Paradigm from 2002-2004 and medaling in finals from 2002-2004 in Independent A, Independent Open, and Independent World classes.  Greg then spent the next few years teaching and designing/choreographing for color guards throughout the state of Florida, including Fahrenheit Winterguard from 2005-2008 from Orlando, FL and helping them earn several medals. Over the next few years Greg focused on his personal career and utilizing what he learned as a performer and instructor as guides for his success. Greg relocated from Tampa, FL in 2017 to the Cleveland area and joined the Collage staff in 2018 shortly after reconnecting with Barry Artis. Greg is excited to return to Collage in 2021 is looking forward to another outstanding year. 

Jessica Baum


Jessica started her performance career in 2011, performing for two seasons of fall and winter guard at Mentor High School. In 2013, she attended the University of Toledo to study biochem and marched four seasons with the UT Colorguard. Most recently, Jessica aged out of Phoenix Independent after six seasons, culminating with a spot in the WGI Independent Open Class Finals in 2019! Currently, she is in her sixth season on staff with the Mentor HS Fighting Cardinal Marching Band, and has taught at all levels of the Phoenix Independent winter guard program and currently on the Open Class staff. When not doing colorguard, Jessica is working on her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. 

Cassidy Beaver

 Cassidy started her color guard career at Hurricane High School in 2007 where she had been active in colorguard since. She marched with the World Class Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps in the summer of 2010. Her performance career also extends into the winter where she has marched with Reflections Winter Guard based out of Charleston, WV and Vertigo Winter Guard from Huntington, WV. Cassidy is also an alumni of the Marshall University Color Guard. Her teaching experience began at Minford High School in Minford, OH from 2011-2014 and  Poca High School from 2015-2019 and started their first ever winter guard program which placed 4th out of 16 Scholastic Regional A winter guards in the OIPA circuit. Cassidy served as the movement Instructor and visual technician for the Poca High School Indoor Percussion which has won several medals and most recently was graduated to Scholastic A in the OIPA circuit. She was also the main choreographer and co-director for Movimiento Expressivo from St. Albans, WV in the winter of 2018, earning their first ever gold medal in Independent Regional A. Cassidy is  a choreographer at Collage Winter Guard based out of Akron, OH helping them earn a gold medal in Independent A in the OIPA Circuit.
